about us
A mill built around the dryland farmer.
Our sorghum production is built to give smallholder sorghum growers a stable, well-priced buyer — and to give brewers, millers and feed producers a dependable, traceable grain supply from Zambia.
Our Process
Field to grain, in six stages
Every tonne of sorghum that reaches our mill passes through the same controlled sequence before it becomes bagged flour, malt or feed grain.
Land Prep & Planting
Certified drought-tolerant seed distributed and sown at the start of the rains.
Growth & Field Monitoring
Extension officers track panicle formation and pest pressure through the season.
Harvest & Threshing
Panicles are cut, dried in-field and threshed to loosen the grain.
Intake & Grading
Grain is weighed, screened for moisture and graded on arrival at the mill.
Milling / Malting
Grain is dry-milled into flour or steeped and germinated for malt.
Testing & Packing
Lab-cleared batches are bagged in 25kg / 1MT export packs.
